This video has given me a brief introduction of ways to be creative when shooting my film. Despite the YouTube video mentioned shots best used for an action film. There were certain aspects that could be also used in a drama. The use of a Zolly shot, where the camera zooms in and moves at the same time creates an almost floating atmosphere. This type of shot can be very handy when making a drama film as it will create a sense of involvement. The idea that as the camera gradually comes closer. It is almost as if the audience are delving into the characters’ lives and holding a personal involvement.
